Vanilla Almond Shake


Ingredients:

1 C Almond Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1⁄2 Frozen Banana

 

Instructions:

Add Ingredients to Blender: Pour 1 cup of almond milk into your blender. Add 1 teaspoon of

vanilla extract for extra flavor. Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 1⁄2 a frozen banana

to the blender. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Increase liquid to change thickness. Add honey if an increased sweetness is desired.
