Mango Matcha Smoothie


Ingredients:

1⁄2 C Frozen Mango

1⁄2 C Spinach

1⁄2 Frozen Banana

1 Serving Matcha Powder

8-10 oz Water

 

Instructions:

1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Start by adding 1⁄2 cup frozen mango, 1⁄2 banana, and 1⁄2 cup

spinach to your blender.

 

2. Add Matcha: Add 1 serving of matcha powder to the blender.

 

3. Add Liquid: Pour in 8-10 oz of water, adjusting the amount depending on your desired thickness.

 

4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.

If protein is desired, add a scoop of your favorite unflavored or vanilla protein powder.
