Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

 2 Bananas

1 C Quick Oats

1⁄4 C Choc Chips

1 Scoop Protein Powder, unflavored or vanilla

Ingredients:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly

grease it with cooking spray to prevent the cookies from sticking.

2.  In a medium-sized bowl, mash the 2 ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Make sure there

are no large chunks left.

3. To the mashed bananas, add 1 cup of quick oats, 1⁄4 cup of chocolate chips, and 1 scoop of

protein powder. Stir everything together until well combined. The mixture should be thick and

slightly sticky, mimicking traditional cookie dough texture- adjust oats as needed.

4. Use a spoon to scoop out the dough and form small mounds on the prepared baking sheet,

about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Gently flatten each cookie with the back of the spoon, as

they will not spread much while baking.

5.  Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges

of the cookies are golden brown and firm to the touch. (The exact time will depend on the size

of the cookies and your oven, so start checking around 10 minutes.)

6. Once the cookies are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking

sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips:For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the dough. You can easily

customize by adding nuts, dried fruit, or seeds if desired.
