Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake


Ingredients:

1 C Chocolate Milk

1 Scoop Protein Powder

1⁄2 Banana

1 tablespoon Peanut Butter

 

Instructions:

1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Pour 1 cup of chocolate milk into your blender. Add 1 scoop of

protein powder (chocolate or vanilla works best). Add 1⁄2 banana for natural sweetness and

creaminess. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for a rich, nutty flavor. Blend all the

ingredients on high speed until creamy and well combined.
